comics creation masterpost
 I have always been interested in comics but here at where I live, majority of people just divide comics into two: either you go for Japanese style or do any of the Superhero titles. I liked drawing comics when I was a kid, but that kind of division put me off quite a lot. It's understandable in a sense, because this is a third-world country where comics are relatively "new" compared to other countries such as Japan, Korea, China, etc. It's not that I hate the dominant platform of Japanese manga and Marvel-DC titles, but I felt that I could not place myself at any of these two worlds. I am not very good at putting this into words? I love reading them, but I can't picture myself creating them.

After I entered university, I discovered a lot of independent and web-published comics, and that helped me in growing my interest in making my own stuff. I realized that there is so much more than just the widely marketed titles, or the giant names. So I went to do more readings, offline and online... but it never occurred to me to keep track of what I actually have read until I bumped into the same thing twice. ^^;

So-- this 'masterpost' is created for my own use. Even though the medium of comics is highly related to general drawing and writing knowledge, I am trying to keep the items listed here as specific as possible. I'll also edit this post as I go.

*headdesk*

I am so dumb. I'm so sorry. I don't know where my brain has been this week. I could've sworn I read the entry properly, but obviously not.

It's OK! Hahaha, don't worry too much about it! :) Maybe it's something to do with my formatting too, hahaha. I'll try to figure out a better way to format it. xD
